CONVEYING OUR THOUGHTS TO GOVT. OFFICIALS Again, it would seem best if you passed down through the above buttons on the left before you consider these matters. We need to harness our thoughts toward obedience, thankfulness and honor to those who serve us as leaders. "Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be no advantage" (Heb. 13:17). If we do not, officials are likely to be disgusted about complainers, and even then often act in their own selfish interests rather than in the interest of "the people." We need to encourage statesmanship and to appreciate, respect them for their office (Rom 13:7) and acknowledge and thank them for improvements where they have assisted, even indirectly. We have written to Presidents and other officials since JFK was in office. Post cards are very useful for they are concise, seen by many, and often the staff reads them and influences our officials; phone calls to the capital(s) when the decisions are about to be made are often pivotal. Some might call this lobbying--though in most lobbying, the govt. official is often getting much more than a vote from them. It is certainly a citizen's right and often a responsibility. This is a FORMAT Suggestion/model for your email, letter, or card to a leader(s):

Honorable John Doe(s), Thank you for your good efforts and whatever assistance you are giving in implementing ABC [even if they voted against it]. We will appreciate your careful consideration of DEF in that it would help [brief explanation] and EFG for it will.... We will be watching your progress.

* Vote down the Dream Act for it gives even subsequent law breakers virtual Pardons at great detrement to the USA republic. Forbid illegals to gain citizenship for their newborns; when one steals on to others’ property, one cannot establish rights to the benefits!. While we are for deleting the 14th Amendment, that is not the issue here.

*Support Senator Jeff Merkley (D-Oregon) in his effort to Amend the Office of National Insurance Bill (ONI) portion of the finance reform bill. Prohibit world regulation for it would undermine existing insurance consumer protections in all 50 states. The bill as now would empower the ONI to enter into international insurance agreements without Congress voting on the pacts and without any significant role for the 50 state insurance commissioners. .

* Encourage the DOJ to continue to prosecute the case they already won against Panther voter intimidation with video proof . J. Thanks for the new laws restricting credit card, interest, and penalty charge abuses. For your concern for a better America and for trying to expand health affordable and local coverage, especially for young children-- but not with the present Bills.

Please consider the merits of these Suggestions: (One can usually FIND added reasoning for our Suggestions on our website, noted below.)

Support Sen L. Graham's Bill to keep those militants captured on the battlefield from being tried in our US court system. Grave presidential mistake to give them US civil rights in a NYC publicized trial. ACLJ.org relays that if Osama was captured, he too would need be Mirandized and brought to our soil where USA Intel could be Deposed/exposed. Redirect the prosecution of the Gitmo militants (some terrorists) to Military Tribunals which had been approved by Congress and Administrations. Allowing foreign battle captives to be tried in American courts under our Constitution with disclosure of military tactics is ludicrous.

Require that our American troops in Afghan be used only as backup for emergency, advisors, emergency, intel, and drone strafing of confirmed targets of the Taliban and druggers -and not to clear areas with our troops. We need to reduce our military combatants in Arab states.

Demand more time to effect international agreements on climate/carbon Caps, trades and taxes. We should proceed on all obvious means with USA laws to reduce contamination, e.g, 60 mph limit on interstate, governors for a max speed of 80 mph on all new vehicles (except police and EMS), shutdown NASCAR, reduce NASA flights, support telephoto conferencing, telecommuting, distance education, etc. And Reuters.org confirms that "the head of a British climate research institute [CRU, the center of the anthropogenic studies] has stepped aside after hacked e-mails were seized upon by skeptics as evidence that the case for global warming has been exaggerated." Emails reveal fabrication by "clever tricks and hiding data." Prof R Spencer, a leading climate researcher formerly with NASA and a dissenter among thousands of scientists, reported that one person on peer reviews had his publications "quashed several times."

Consumer banking should be controlled much more than public utility. As it is, they are duping consumers with confusing and high-penalty contracts, unfair practices, limiting loans with money our govt has loaned them, and have effectively avoided the Truth in Lending Act. Congress, SEC, FTC, FRB, Treas., and other administrators need to better control with present and new laws and Regs. Ref. Frontline tv, 11/24/09. And the huge excessive salaries already paid should be reclaimed under the "Unjust enrichment," fraud, or other laws. And the FRB ops should be Audited by Congress. We think the finance, insurance (AIG+) and auto bailouts were an outrageous waste and a slope to destruction and socialism.

Support Congress' inquiries into football (head) injuries. In the Hearings and news coverage, we have heard of the lies or fraud in medical reports. The NFL should be under Anti-Trust Laws. Pro sports should not be allowed to build arenas with Govt Bonds or receive Eminent Domain benefits. Football should be severely curtailed or outlawed as a counterproductive sport morally (Kill'em cries), socially (counter to being gentlemen), economically (wasted time and money, especially Fri-Mon), physically, and many other reasons. Let us wake up.

Revise, reduce, and clarify all the present Bills for health coverage. Presenting a 2000 page Bill for debate within a few days is almost insane. Tort claims, abortions, cosmetic surgery, and adult gender changes along with other potential inappropriate coverages need to be curtailed. Taking monies for about 3 years before benefits seems inappropriate to Rep M. Bachmann and us. Empanel experts to develop the rating and payment scales, the copays and the deductibles including lower payouts when any preexisting condition was in part the fault of the insured or his family. When at fault, less treatment would be covered by insurance. The family, church, etc. could pay for the additional expense. Administration should be by private organizations so that animosity is not built against and the govt is not the fall guy when claims submitted are not fully paid; and an Appeal group/jury could grant the last word, subject to limited tort relief.

Put Congress persons into any universal or govt Health Plan. Tho statesmen legislators should receive ~ a 20% raise, the extra care you receive e.g. within the Capitol Bldgs, Walter Reed Hosp., etc. should be paid by you. Health insurance is a social benefit; not a right even for govt officials. Present plan is a huge encroachment on personal responsibility and rights.

Support Sen Lieberman's Hearing on the terrorist Major Hasan, etc. The Whitehouse does not want to call him a terrorist; the Army and psychiatric group do not want to take responsibility. Many in media also said the massacre had nothing to do with Islam. National Public Radio reported that key psychiatry authorities at Walter Reed met to discuss if he was psychotic. Daniel Pipes writes: One official told colleagues of his worries "that if Hasan deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan, he might leak secret military information to Islamic extremists. Another official reportedly wondered aloud to colleagues whether Hasan might be capable of committing fratricide... ." At Ft. Hood, his supervisor, Captain Naomi Surman, recalled his telling her that as an infidel she who would be "ripped to shreds" and "burn in hell." Another person reports his declaring that infidels should be beheaded and have boiling oil poured down their throats." And the FBI knew much about the emails to the Yemenese Iman and did little. We have had major holes in our terror net-yet 8+ years of 9/11. We need Investigations, Official Reports, Accountability, and Action!

Reinstate the Highly Progressive Personal Income Tax/HPPIT-- in effect during WWII and into the Reagan presidency. Most multimillion incomes per year are from favors given to them along the line or from taking unfair advantage of others. And in most cases the multimillions are the result of timely PR (often of counter productive efforts: rappers, hip hop, rock and roll, lotteries, most movies, monopolies (MSFT) or manipulations (W Buffet), loopholes, or laxity of the govt as in the mortgages/banking)-- or the person is only a few percent better than many others, or he has cheated others. And reinstate the Estate Tax (misnamed Death Tax). We have written extensively about these on our website.

Thanks for 1) defunding ACORN's many illegal activities 2) enacting the "Post 9/11 GI Bill" 3) continuing the building of Rio Grand wall (while we pray for better equity in "eminent domain") 4) implementing the REAL ID Act to establish reliable credentials for persons in the USA. (please resist efforts to weaken the REAL IDs law to give a de facto road to amnesty.) and 5) your reducing by about one-half the number of congresspersons " free trips" taken at the expense of profit entities during the latest fiscal year.

S.386 : "A bill to improve enforcement of mortgage fraud, securities fraud, financial institution fraud, and other frauds related to federal assistance and relief programs, for the recovery of funds lost to these frauds." Also pursue all tax frauds, tax havens, and "mistakes." IRS could recover over $200 bil/year if it and the FBI were empowered and manned to do their required mission.

S.843 : A bill to establish background check procedures for gun shows. But add that no one shall transfer a firearm to any buyer who has not passed a background check Checks are needed to prevent selling to the dangerous. Also no "assault" or automatic guns at these open shows, and limit gun purchases to one per month. And approve fed funds to the local authorities for such costs.

S.773 : to increase USA cybersecurity and crypto capabilities. On July 4, we had limiting attacks on FTC, DOT, and others. Hackers could be the downfall of our govt, civil, and commerce systems. China has reportedly over 8000 full-time hackers working on USA defenses and businesses.

S.115 "A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that ... income ... by individuals while ... illegally in the United States shall not be credited for coverage" under SocSec. It is sad that the Senate had previously Passed (51-49) the inappropriate step toward amnesty.

Defeat S. 909, the "Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act - Adopts the definition of "hate crime" as set forth in the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (i.e., a crime in which the defendant intentionally selects a victim ... because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual orientation of any person). The S.909 and HR1913 in their present forms would "grant special federal resources and preferred minority status to pedophiles, homosexuals, cross-dressers" according to political analysts.

Defeat HR 3017 Sex Orientation ...Non-Discrimination Bill of Rep B. Franks for it would grant hazy interpretations as in the above S.bill to protect "perceived" orientation of sex matters that are personal and usually can not be interpreted by others, e.g. fornication lust.

Defeat HR2454 Cap and Trade/Tax as a complicated and grossly limiting Act that would be counterproductive and too costly, factors considered. Reduce the program to a trial in a limited region or industry. As proposed, it would reduce temps by about ½ % and add $trillions to our USA debt. Revoke mandatory rules for using corn for ethanol.

Support S.85/HR.614 to no longer fund Planned Parenthood/PP. While it did significant useful checks in years past, its abortions including the RU pill should not be funded by the govt. And PP has consistently overbilled the Fed govt according to ACLJ.org

H.R. 846 which would have Corporations receiving TARP funds post on their websites such expenditures. Postings should include payments for top execs and lobbying.

H.R. 3269 to allow the fed govt to influence directly the pay of bank execs. The govt should have allowed them to fail, go to bankruptcy, thus level the playing field, and force them to reshape their business practices.

H.R.29 To amend the definition of "homeless person" Assistance Act to include certain homeless children and youth. Also we should do more on this for vets.

H.R. 148 Border protection enhancement against arms and illegal persons and drugs.

Work to remove Rep Chas. Rangel from Chair of the Ways and Means. The Washington Post on Thursday Sep 3 called on Rangel to step down from his House committee chairmanship, saying he has violated the nation's trust "seemingly without care" [by not paying much of his income tax, violating Fair Claims Act, and paying monies to a Rep. who is on the Committee to investigate Rangel].

Encourage our President to carefully screen and greatly restrict his Exec Order [FR Doc. E9-2488 2/3/09] to pay up to "$20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for ... needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza". Less than 100 should be allowed to migrate to the USA for almost all have been predisposed against Israel and the USA. While we deeply care, Arab countries could easily absorb the overpopulation of Gaza.

Support plans of "Homeland Security to hire 1,000 cybersecurity experts" according to the Computer Security newsletter.

Prevent the USA from joining the ICC/Intl. Criminal Court which has a slack sense of justice, such as No Death Penalty which is clearly a part of Judeo-Christian Scriptures (Romans 13). And it would likely prosecute American/Israeli soldiers for "war crimes" even for defense tactics against Hamas, according to Sekulow's ACLJ.org

Require the distribution of coal ash, a toxic byproduct of energy production containing much arsenic and lead come under EPA. Transporting it across state lines with their various laws is not safe enough per 60 Minutes TV.

Review our Christian Heritage. See ChristianLaw.org and Wallbuilders.com ; they are a wonderful source of documentation with photo copies of historical documents often ignored by our secular-biased historians. Return to statesmen Christian-like public behavior as did the majority of our 250 Founding Fathers. Please realize that while we are concerned to trade with all civilized nations, we must maintain our national loyalty as is historical and in the New Earth and Heaven (cf Rev. 21:24).

Increase the pay of federal judges/justices by about 25% to make up for lost COL adjustments and reduce their temptation to go into private practice.

Legislate to limit the ACLU intrusions trying to 1) limit Navy Chaplains from saying Jesus in their prayers, military cemeteries from marking graves with crosses, 2) overturn your Defense of Marriage Act, and 3) forcing home-schoolers to attend public schools.

Refrain from pressuring Israel to give up any of its East Bank and especially not Jerusalem, which belongs to the Jews. It was given by Jehovah to the Jews/Abram (Gen 15:18), the gift was reaffirmed to and taken by Joshua (Josh 1:2-5), reconquered and bought in part by King David (1Chron 21:24), and retaken in 5 defensive wars since 1948. Please try to convince the UN to drop its Palestinian state cause, which is counter to historical nation-boundary logic (tho we should help justice and the poor while encouraging assimilation by the Arab monied states). We will lose God's blessing if we cause Israel to be weak to the Islam or other assaults.

Petition the UN to not pass the proposed action against "Defamation of Religion." While it sounds good, it would mainly forbid criticism against Islam. While we do not like criticism of Christianity, its Bible or its tenets, it can hold up under freedom of speech (tho many will pay a high price of blasphemy).

Restrict force feedings of prisoners in such as Gitmo and Supermax to only once per day. Supermax, etc. needs more personnel to be safe according to 60 Minutes TV.

Restrict and Oversee all of the 30+ Czars being put in place by Pres. Obama. Legislators should have input on any new elevated positions Some Obama Czars reportedly do not follow our ethical heritage: Harold Coe wants to follow Sharia Law in some cases and "says we should defer to international treaties we have not signed...." Van Jones (recently Resigned) ... ; and John Holdren wants the right to forced abortions in health care. Obama had 2 Czars for Cars, one is for the Stimulus portion. The Cash for Crush/Clunkers was a highly flawed manipulation of the car market. Destroying over 600K usable trucks and care was such a waste; many could be sold/given to Mexico, Latin America --and Appalachia.

Support Sen Grassley in his written concerns to the FCC that it with Whitehouse pressure will limit the applications or renewals of conservative broadcasters which in essence will be similar to the [non ] "Fairness Doctrine" that Congress has supposedly shelved.

Get a Cyber Security Coordinator for the USA. Extremely crucial. Get tough laws and long incarceration for offenders, who are like bank fraudsters even tho they do not take the money. Then work them with hard use their talents, and give incentives for improving security. According to Ms. T Lush of AP/USATODAY Albert Gonzalez who was known on the internet as SoupNazi and who sniffed/hacked 170 million credit cards is just sitting without a computer in jail after having worked closely with our Feds for 5 years following a previous conviction during which he threw himself a $75,000 birthday party. Agents need to keep better track of our supposed collaborators.

Fund the DNA findings of about a million Rape Kits sitting on shelves (thousands in LA alone), and then getting the results posted nationwide. It is a tragedy that so many rapists go undetected; we are devaluing the rights of women.

Reclaim the bonuses paid to Merrill Lynch and BOA execs under the "Unjust Enrichment" law, in addition to the civil action penalty. According to the AP, "Regulators have claimed that Bank of America had said in its proxy statement that it would not pay out bonuses to Merrill employees in fiscal year 2008, when, in fact, the bank authorized bonus payments of as much as $5.8 billion ... even though it [Merrill] lost $27.6 billion that year, a record for the firm. The bonuses amount to nearly 12 percent of the $50 billion that Bank of America paid to acquire Merrill. Bank of America, which has been under intense scrutiny for the bonus payments. BAC stated in its brief that the $33 million civil penalty represented a "constructive conclusion" to the situation." The Settlement is trivial -if allowed to proceed. Banks, backed by FDIC and controlled for the public interest, should not allow multi million salaries.

Restrain and more carefully allocate Stimulus monies; for such will over time promote entitlements, inflation, and interest payment crises. Horrendous injustices have already been done by the allocations, especially in the financial sector and the auto industries. Limit exec income to $ 2 mil/year when Stimulus $s are a significant and the USA has main ownership: Obama's Pay Czar allowing the AIG CEO to get $10mil in income is a ripoff. If the Execs are so great, let them buy their own Options at retail on their stocks and see what they can earn on those. Requiring states to extend Unemployment Benefits to part time workers is a poor policy. Granting $80 mil to the NEA for homosexual porn films/firms (per ADF.org) is outrageous. States using Lotteries/gambling for income should have fed funds reduced by an equal amount.

Allow most large corps to fail and go into Bankruptcy without loans (for GM and others failed anyway) and not do TARP loans unless the fed controls salaries and practices such as in Bankruptcies. Restrain the Asset securities backing being offered to hedge funds, Harley, Honda, etc. According to Wm Cohan writing to FORTUNE, "...The TALF (Term Asset Loan Facility) is a $200 billion (on its way to $1 trillion) non-recourse lending program to private investors as a way to encourage them to buy newly underwritten securities backed by auto loans, credit-card receivables and student loans, among other asset classes. (The TALF program is to issue new commercial real-estate mortgage-backed securities.) These securitizations were once a key component of the so-called "shadow" financing system that helped raise trillions of dollars of capital worldwide. The securitization and sale of mortgage-backed securities was one of the leading causes of the current financial crisis as the people who took out the underlying mortgages started to default upon them in unexpected numbers."

Hold Hearings on the SEC's failures on Wall St. (and the Madoff and Stanford ponzis) oversight with potential demotions, release, or civil action against those who failed to follow the Regulations.

Overturn any Obama Exec Order suspending deportation of parents with USA children. The families should return to their own countries with their children-promptly. Do not permit persons here illegally or a felon to secure any paths to citizenship under the 14^th Amendment for themselves or their children.

Mandate that subsidized school lunches, govt cafes, farm programs, food research and the like will only receive fed money for wholesome, nutritious, blends of food-low sugar, fat, salt, etc.

Require any govt health insurance to have premium based on a scale of ability to pay and actuarial rates assigned for any high risks that the individual takes or has taken, with reasonable copay and deductibles. We did not find such in HR 3400. We see problems with the "Empowering Patients First Act." It sounds aggressive in demand for care! Obama says all should have the coverage of those in congress , so we believe congress benefits should be reduced as Legislators/Drs J Flemming and T Coburn have suggest in the H Res 614. Med insurance is a social benevolence, not a Right This nation should not support needless risk taking such as football, hockey, Xtreme sports, mountain climbing, NASCAR, motorcross, boxing, wrestling, ultimate sports including cage fighting, sexual promiscuity, overeating, smoking, misuse of alcohol, MJ, and other drugs including Rx, etc. If persons wish to participate in such dangers, they need to pay higher premiums with higher copays and coinsurance. Or, charge all higher premiums, but then give deductions to those who do not participate in the increased risks or give higher reimbursements when not engaged is such activity. Private companies should consider the full actuarial risks (unlike in the present complicated diverse Medicare programs) with the govt providing any further health insurance to those who cannot afford to obtain such from private companies. Medicare and other govt programs should be able to negotiate Rx and med prices as does the VA now. If individuals do not buy insurance, then private or govt community health centers (not hospitals) can provide palliative wound dressings, pain pills, etc. Cooperatives if managed at least regionally and openly are alternatives. Major Med private or govt policies are additional alternatives, with families, local Churches or others helping to pay the $1000 Deductible or so that an individual cannot afford. That will get the family, Church, or friends involved in guiding their life-style. On a related matter, per OneNewsNow.com, the Obama "administration is moving to repeal the "conscience clause" that protects healthcare workers from performing procedures that violate their beliefs, and protects faith-based healthcare facilities ... from being [criminally] sued for not performing abortions and the like"; please retain that clause. Note that abortion is covered in HR 3400 Sec 105 for the usual 3 conditions and Planned Parenthood is gaining entrance to schools! And the 12 million here illegally in the USA should not be covered except for limited humane med care-and not under the main plans. And meds should not be free for any of us, for we need to take personal responsibility for our care and reduce our dependence on Rx. ObamaCare will add greatly to the Deficit and if "treatment is to be as good as Congress receives," and he advocates, and the added Deficits would be much higher than the $100bil/year projections.

Forbid texting on fed highways and that fed funds be allocated only for the palliative care for those injured while driving when texting is found to have occurred.

Limit fed funds for state highway assistance to only those states that forbid hand-held phone and texting (S.1536) devices to be used by the driver while driving, which limit speeds to 60MPH, and who charge a felony the first DUI.

Reinstate progressive tax to 90% on the high incomes, i.e., over $5mil/year, which will make the evil lotteries, fraud, and cheating far less attractive and help bring common sense and social justice to our wonderful country.

Reject all govt attempts to spread the acceptance of homosexual practice as being a normal alternative life style. (see our blog of May 7, 2009 on such practice) We should not promote a LGBT Pride month as Pres Obama has Proclaimed and not accept Kevin Jennings as Assistant Deputy Secretary for Education. According to Americans forTruth.com Jennings promotes "vicious anti-religious bigotry" as founder of GLSEN, an extremist homosexual group that encourages reckless and dangerous actions such as fisting. Keep the "Don't ask, don't tell" military policy.

Discontinue the NASA costly flight plans to the Moon (reinventing the wheel) and Mars (extremely dangerous and foolish). We need to solve our problems on earth with the monies and time.

Continue and accelerate the Military Tribunals. Retain Gitmo or another island prison, or construct an electric razor fence compound in the desert for violent criminals in the SoWest. Pipe in minimum supplies to survive, and let them set up their own rules. Employ the biblical Death Penalty (Romans 13), but only after any possible DNA has been examined and not on circumstantial evidence.

Setup remote electronic voting for in and out of Washington for fed legislators. They can read the Bills from anywhere in the USA. The present system of assembling for voting is archaic, childish, burdensome, and costly.

Phase out troops from Afganistan, for building it is much more difficult than Iraq and neither culture really wants us there. Retain just enough troops to advise when requested and to direct air strikes at AQ/Taliban/terrorist/poppy trades. See georgewill@washpost.com columns.

   We thank Washington for passing the Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Act of Dec 2008 which should bring about increased incarcerations for slavery of women, etc.   and provide "measures to protect trafficked persons and their family members from intimidation, threats of reprisals, ... ."   And grateful that   Rep. C. Maloney's Credit Cardholders Bill of Rights passed in the House. Now we ask for it to become law.    Please check the recent PBS TV "NOW" program on this Credit Card crisis.        Our below contains our recommended CONSIDERATIONS* and   are also placed on our website. 1) Post all Spending (some would be called Earmarks) online as was voted FOR in the House but which was negated by Sen Reid --per Bill Moyers TV Journal with research by the Seattle Times. Earmarks are still being hid and usually to coverup monies returned in the form of political contributions. A shame on our congress, business, and the USA. Then-Sen. Obama promised to post online all new Stimuli money. We need to restore caution, wisdom, transparency, and honesty or no amount of money will solve America's problems.

2) Change Title 6 of the Education Acts concerning Cultural Ed which are used now for indoctrinating children in public schools to experience Islamic culture by taking on Islamic names, shouting Allah Akbar, praying towards Mecca, etc.

3) Restrain the Saudi-funded terror teachings of youth in 70% of USA mosques according to the knowledgeable ActforAmerica.org The full extent is not known because the ACLU is helping CAIR to restrain police from fully investigating the schools. .

4) Increase Mexican Border defense and monitoring. NBC News reports that 90% of the cocaine is coming thru Mexico in trucks. And those vicious/beheading Mexican (and M13) gangs are now in all of our major cities.

5) Restrict the reimposition of the unfair "Fairness Doctrine" (which required that equal air time be given to even the evil sides of the debate and) which could happen thru the FCC without a vote in the United States House or Senate. Please support the "The Broadcaster Freedom Act of 2009 (S. 34)" introduced by Republican Senators Jim DeMint (South Carolina) and John Thune (South Dakota). The bill is a companion to House legislation (H.R. 226).

6) Check Congress complicity in this financial crisis. Economist Thomas Sowell said: "Among the Congressional 'leaders' invited to the White House to devise a... 'solution' are the very people who have for years created the risks ... ." The CRA with the NCRC, ACORN, FNMA, FRE have guided toward our mutual disaster. Awarding another $700+ bil without better regulations will compound the problems. And fire those of SEC and the above agencies who were delinquent in duty. But Congress is also running in essence a Ponzi scheme with the lack of monies in the Trust funds in our Soc Sec. and Medicare; please fix.

7) Channel (and restrict lest we collapse from debt) any new govt funds to the strengthening infrastructure projects that will stimulate jobs quickly or improve our safety/welfare and with personnel such as in Border Agents, Regulation Enforcement (DHS, DoD, SEC, FDA, FCC, IRS,etc.).

8) DEA and FDA must tighten the grip on meth lab (along with other addictive) ingredients. The Senate allowed Sen R. Dole's Bill to be Amended to permit such in cold medicines and it took years put those under Rx Regs. Per Frontline TV (Dec 30, PBS), meth is again an epidemic and moving to the Eastern states.

9) Require banks getting fed loans to provide disclosure of use and those getting over $2 bil to come to Washington in commercial planes as Rep B Sherman recommends, and layout specific lending plans and salary reductions/clawbacks. Paying ~$1.6 billion for bank execs or $2.6 million average for each upper-echelon exec for creating improper loans seems further proof that the banks operate unjustly if not criminally. Harvard Prof. Atty Elizabeth Warren Chair of Congressional Oversight says she has not found a Treasury plan for the bailout dollars. And Treasury provided less than ½ of the answers she requested. Why a secret? Further, the AP asked 21 banks for how the money was being used. None gave figures: "We're not providing dollar-in, dollar-out tracking," said Barry Koling, a spokesman for Atlanta, Ga.-based SunTrust Banks Inc., which got $3.5 billion in taxpayer dollars from TARP. Congress should require such.

10) Allow for Mortgage modifications for home retentions-- when the home buyer was only minorly complicitous in the unwise purchases. If buyers took an interest-only loan, no money down, did not fill in key information, lied, or similar, they should not be given modified terms or our whole contract system will disintegrate. If the banks make unfair or improper loans, courts should be given powers to modify the loans.

11) Restrict federal bailout $s from being sent to homosexual organizations. In 2008, PFOX-gays report that in the past 3 year FRE (freddie mac) gave over $125K and FNMA/FNM has given much to such organizations. Rep B Franks, Chair of the Oversight Committee for these 2 organizations has received over $50K from them. Restrict AIG from using such $s for Sharia-compliant Finance (SCF) which also back Islamofacist charities.

12) Encourage the prosecution of the culprits the banks and in the 3 Bond Rating agencies that changed BBBs to AAA CDOs by fraud. And have the 3 top CEOs of those agencies return the $80mil that they have received during these frauds. Dr. Prof Joseph Stiglitz and many others named such manipulation and lies as "hocus pocus, ..." and Congress had knowledge as of Oct 08 of such and must act to preserve some justice. (See PBS TV " Now" for summary.) Crooks stealing only $1K go to jail; those stealing $100mil lawyer their way out.

13) Shut down further Mars and Moon flights. Use the present shuttles to fulfill our Space commitments, and then retire that program. Continue the communication satellite program and placements out to the required 24K mile radius. NASA does not have a favorable ROI, and is not spending wisely per AP reports: "The Government Accountability Office compared NASA's inspector general to 27 other federal agencies and found it next to last, according to a report obtained by The Associated Press."

14) Continue the "Don't ask; don't tell" policy. Homosexual aberrations of the approx 2 % of the total population should not be enabled to cause the confusion in the military (or society). The Military Times reports that about 10% of the normal persons would leave the military and another 14% would consider leaving if homosexuals were allowed free reign/range.

15) Support Israel's right to negotiate any civil land allocation but do not pressure her to give up land she has a right to militarily, [biblically], and for her proper defense in opposition to those including Hamas who would destroy her state and the land she was [re]allocated by the UN. But try to dissuade Israel from and not provide weapons or monies for her overreactions/overkill such as recent days in Gaza.

16) Facilitate DOJ/Justice to improve an upgraded DNA bank-to analyze and transmit results promptly-so that all arrested in state and municipal courts will also have access to it for criminal prosecutions. Please give violent crimes such as rape a priority.

17 ) Hold Hearings on the 30 State Lotteries (per the TV documentary) that fraudulently sell tickets even after the states know that top winners have already been selected out. We have never bought a ticket; the whole lottery/gambling by government is a scourge!

18) Restore the Progressive Estate Tax and FIT (as before JFK), which would again tax the last millions of income up to 90% (Marginal). Just a few of the reasons: 1. hugh income is often made a) from slight marginal development which would have occurred thru others shortly and b) from insider information "mined" from private (and public) records and lobbying at great expense few could afford. 2. the expenditures are often used for mansions that serve few, yachts and jets that have a high pollution ratio per passenger, and frivolous avocations that counter societal benefit. And 3. their enormous after-tax incomes allow them to lawyer their way out of punishments for their usual illegalities.

19) Make DUIs a federal crime (at least on federal highways) punishable by some jail time. Killing a person while drunk should at least be manslaughter. Nassau County, NY prosecutes under "depraved indifference."

21) Change the law provisions so that illegal aliens can not rent federal or state public housing and that their children born here can not receive US citizenship under the 14^th Amendment.

22) Enable the FDA to issue Recalls (rather than just recommend) when it has sufficient evidence of potential deaths (Note peanut product recent deaths).

* Correct the govt agencies who discriminate against Christians (and other faiths acting within USA law). We too need the protection of the 1st Amendment. E.g., per the several reports two women were fired from the University of Texas at Arlington for praying for a co-worker after hours.

* While our President should use euphemisms such as “nations that do not like us very much” instead of enemies, our executive staffs and legislative branches must use names
such as “Islamofacists, terrorists, Wahhabiists, jihadists, etc.” to more clearly define our violent enemies (about 200 million, more than one for every adult USA male) and our need for resolve. Many of the mosques in the USA and the Muslim Student Associations also in our high schools openly promote Sharia law, which is violent and often excessive. Many districts within cities in the UK have capitulated to allowing Sharia; it could happen here if Congress does not act. Sharia might fill the void left by our ousting the 10 Commandments; Lord, please forgive us.

*We support S.3510 “To prohibit … the Federal Reserve System from making funds available at a discount rate to private individuals, partnerships, and corporations.”
* Quickly clarify for our citizens that none of the bailout funds from the EEStabilization Act will go to companies that will payout company bonuses, dividends, and retirement funds. No funds should to companies paying future total salaries greater than $500K/year/person. And   none should be used for acquisitions not in our clear national interests. (It is doubtful that PNC buying National City or GM merging with Chrysler would qualify.)
* Govts. should investigate those getting monies from EES   for fraud and violations and recapture any salaries and tax relief that were wrongly allocated. The next phase of the bailout should not be granted unless Congress approves it and the distribution plan.

* Congress and the SEC must improve the Regulations and their enforcement of banks, investment, and other crucial companies. Please see CAGW.org 2007 Ratings.

* Cut back on NASA plans for an earlier new moonship; we do not need to go there again-- even if we had the funds and the will to minimally care for our citizens. We should extend the present use of our Shuttle planes till the Space Station no longer produces marginally cost-efficient information—and then abandon it.

* We Seniors need to have our Soc Sec. and Medicare trimmed back (including the 2009 COL of 5%) for it will bankrupt our country with its already-$50tril+ of debt (including SS and Medicare). Another immediate restraint could be an Executive Order that—All non-emergency procedures costing the govt. over $5K would need a 2nd physician’s Opinion before proceeding. In my case, I had a heart Stent inserted by a another cardiologist who did not agree that the stent was really needed!

* A person who has been ordered to leave this country by a judge should be in the criminal system for deportation. It is reported that Obama’s 56 year old aunt is living illegally in public housing tho ordered deported 4 years ago. How many violent illegals are here on such lax followthru? If he can’t provide for his aunt off welfare, one whom he mentions in his book, how is he going to care for the USA?
* Hacking or otherwise stealing another’s personal files or IDs should be a felony crime and after appropriate jail time and fines they should be required during extended Probation to work for the govt in its related counter efforts.

We appreciate the Recovery Audit Contractor Program saving Medicare about $11 bil. by billing-error recovery and that Rep. Murtha's $23 mil. pork NDIC project was eliminated.

Thanks for reducing the corn-to-ethanol subsidies and rethinking the practicality of using food for auto fuel. We are thankful for your funding the Iraq war even though starting it may not have been the best alternative; the USA does need to overcome the Islamofacist terror strongholds.. (Recent weeks have shown some progress against the terrorists.) Please review the below recommended CONSIDERATIONS* which are also placed on our website, and you are welcome to see our Weblog, cited at the bottom, for backup reasoning:

*Build the South Border fence! Lou Dobbs reports no significant progress has been made in recent months. Mexico is increasingly violent and many more wish to invade the USA. About 1/3^rd of our prisoners are illegal aliens, and should be promptly deported.

* Vote for the equivalent of H.R. 997, the English Language Unity Act, to protect English-in-the-workplace policies, eliminate costly and encumbering multilingual ballots, and reduce multilingual confusion in government and life.

* Review corporation responsibility regulations and implement corrections. Many softward firms (MSFT just fined again $500mil., law firms (Miller,etc.), brokerages (Bear Stearns,etc) and accounting firms (Arthur Anderson and other major firms demised) are breaking the laws regularly. * Require that historical marriage of one man and one woman become USA law (overturning MA and recent CA law) and support the Marriage Amendment, and that public bathrooms are to be gender specific (overturning recent CO law). .

* Curtail the “entitlements” such as Medicare, for unless we individuals take more care of our health and costs, we will bankrupt our govt. (We are on Medicare so such could affect us.)

* Get the FCC to fine CBS (and others) and stop it from airing adultery-promoting programs such as Swingtown.

* Assist with some funding for a share of the future profits 1) the “green” emulsification of coal for oil and extraction of shale oil to alleviate the long run demand for oil. 2) the making of ethanol from non-food cellulose and garbage (after the utilization of the methane). And allow safe drilling in Alaska and 50 miles offshore.

* Reverse the corn ethanol goal and subsidies for it is a impractical use of this food. Special modifications will be needed with the floods.

* Install high progressive FITax as in the eras thru Eisenhower, which will disincentivize Corps. from paying CEOs outrageous salaries and bring fairness in other income plans. Oil speculators will not take the great fraud risks when their net income is limited to a just a few million.

* Implement ASAP the “Prime Cuts” savings encouraged by the CAGWaste studies, such as the Pork $13+ bil., and “Cancel NASA’s New Moon/Mars Initiatives” and its “Constellation Program” $3 bil.

* Limit Medical payments fraud. A Rita Ramirez according to the Washington Post, bilked Medicare of over $100 mil. Nationwide fraud is about $60 bil. because claims are not examined closely.

* Publish and use the “Audited Federal Budget” which uses regular accounting procedures and reveals that the recent 8 year Deficits totaled $2.9 Tril. per CAGW rather than the $729 bil reported. Accurate accounting regimen (GAAP/FASB) will help all deal with our debt in a more helpful manner. Cf. also Heritage.org

* Do not pass the the Global Poverty Act which as been introduced by Sen. Obama. Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media has written that

"[T]he legislation, if approved, dedicates 0.7 percent of the U.S. gross national product to foreign aid, which... would amount to $845 billion 'over and above what the U.S. already spends.'" This is 30% of what we gave over the past 5 decades in total, and much of those monies have been given to countries that vote against us well over half of the time. But also, much of it is wasted and not given to the needy.

*Require the banking business to rectify its own mistakes, for the USA is apparently allowing the Countrywide Chairman to keep multimillions of recent payouts. And Countrywide gave better terms to some Washingtonians such as key USA Senators such as K. Conrad and probably C. Dodd. Sen. Obama received huge special/political benefits and saved $300/mo from a Chicago bank. US Rep Laura Richardson benefits from new Housing Laws and according to the AP “Not long after getting to Congress, Richardson voted in favor of a mortgage debt forgiveness bill which subsequently became law. She was absent earlier this month for votes on a foreclosure prevention bill “

* Eliminate the generous incentives to the movie industry (and others.). Large companies usually get more tax relief, penalizing smaller companies and most of the citizens. Movies predominately degrade morality so rare incentives and tax abatements should only be given when they would enhance the state in useful business, morality (not lotteries, liquor, and licentiousness) and to help one of our “own” MI companies, and that as a last resort.

* Encourage passage of MI HB6027/SB1361 “The Academic Freedom Act” to present factors in our public schools about our physical solar system which will/may also show Intelligent Design.

*Prohibit Mexico (or any nation) from setting up Consulates in our cities with a major purpose of bringing in illegals, as has been reported by ABCNews.

* Move to rescind the 14^th Amendment while declining citizenship to any child born to an illegal or a tourist.

*Reinstate the Draft so America has the MANpower; we could be at this war for a long time.

*Airdrop food to places of extreme need in Somalia and Sudan.

*Prohibit Sovereign funds from buying USA corporations.

*Impose added Regulation to the financial markets, and limit credit card rates to 14%.

*Avoid having the govt. bailout those who erroneously filed Mortgage Apps, who are not the primary resident of a defaulting home/bldg, who did not use at least 5% of their own money as down payment (thus only home purchasers, not lenders, etc), and who have other resources to pay mortgage.

*Increase progressive FIT rates to the Eisenhower era rates. In 2005, the top 400 earners averaged $214 million in income and paid only 18% in FIT!

*Prosecute for illegal practices of mortgages, require paybacks where wrongdoing , require the immense salaries returned to the oil companies and tax their excess profits.

* All hedge and private equity firms should seek SEC approvals before any buyouts of NYSE and NASDAQ corporations.

*Tax hedge funds and private equity firms as corporations and at the highest rate.

* Require Federal registry and regulation of insurance companies. Would improve costs also.

* Require the CPSC to enforce better safety for toys for our youngest citizens.

*Require that Phosphate miners on Fed. land to cover the hyper selenium leach which is killing domesticated animals in Idaho (per PBS/Now TV program) and elsewhere.

*Require libraries receiving federal or state monies to install filters on their computers to block pornography –especially of child participants.

*State or restate for the press your position for Pro-Life, Marriage of man and woman, no special rights for sex aberrators, Immigration reform, National defense, and Regulation enforcement through FDA, SEC, FCC, etc.. Soc Security, Medicare, and Defense expenses and must be limited further and overpayments must be recouped and the Recovery Audit program must be extended. And the likes of HR 4105 moratorium on the RA should be set aside per CAGW urgent request.

*Delete all Earmarks and Pork. We back the CAGW publication of the legislators’ voting records.

* Delete money provision of Pell Grants to prisoners in treatment centers. It is reasonable to provide educational books and DVDs to sex offenders, but no monies—as has been reported by the AP. And Nutraloaf should be used as punishment when appropriate.

* Retract the govt requirements for ethanol use from corn; it is an inefficient way to use eatable products and their resources (water, etc.) and increases most associated prices.

* Retract the present Rule that exempts foreign contractors from the fraud scrutiny as Rep Peter Welch is

trying to do. Estimates are that 15% of the contract dollars are bribes in the rebuilding Iraq and Afghan.

FEBRUARY 2008 Suggestions emailed to our elected officials and other interested parties.

First of all, thanks for the new law requiring mental patients to be listed and denied gun permits, but please Amend to include that gun shows must abide by that law.

*Accelerate our Border and DHS protections, which are very weak and refurbish National Guards that are "Not Ready" in about 88% of the situatios according to the recent report to Congress. And reinstitute the Draft if needed.

* Enact laws requiring the County Public Health Depts to be coordinated for bioterror and nuke defaults, which is not being done according to R. Larsen in his book Our Own Worst Enemy.

* Legislate that most career criminals be put into special military-supervised units (without guns), and trained to build fences and other defense or needed projects -including road building. Reduce our USA prison population (3+ million) by about ½ by tethering or paroling most of the compliant non-violent criminals not absorbed into these hard work units.

* Make laws to Extradite promptly illegal aliens arrested in a crime (no bail). If their nation refuses to take them, drop them off at the shoreline of a USA-owned Refuge Island in the W. Indies (one for male adults; one for females). Note: An illegal alien, Elena Szilvagyi, already in prison for immigration fraud, is being prosecuted for another crime. She should be deported immediately.

* Deport all those arrested including "practicing Muslims" (see B Gabriel's book, Because They Hate) --who practice laws or life principles (e.g., lying to further their cause, multiple wives, vocal divorce, justify personal violence,...) that are contrary to the American jurisprudence. HAMAS has cells in 40 States in the USA paying $50K per MS13 gang member who smuggles into our USA, and Hamas has even infiltrated many of our service clubs.

* Limit fed monies to only cover Community Health Center treatment for illegals, and then require their deportation.

* Legislate that all arrested for DUIs and felonies should be jailed immediately for at least 24 hours. That should reduce crime. (Warn that all should carry a day's supply of any Rx near their person.)

* Legislate that cell phone use, eating, smoking, drinking, primping, and pets in the front seat while driving is illegal.

* Return to the Eisenhower era Progressive income taxation rates. They were fair and fiscally sane. Let the GWBush Tax cut programs expire.

* Pass a law: Any salaries and bonuses of over $200,000 paid to executives and private equity investors must be returned to the company-- if it starts bankruptcy procedures within 12 months of that payroll.

* Do not allow IRS to give large tax forgiveness such as the $380mil to NWA. Such rather Penalties should be Tax Liens against future profits.

* Legislate that any widespread health insurance coverage should have Ratings for preexisting Conditions and significant Deductibles and CoPays to put reasonable and needed responsibility upon the insureds.

*Enact and execute better mortgage regulations, prosecute companies that did not abide by the present ones, but do not bail out companies or persons that abused the provisions.

* Do not vote for Sen. Dodd's Bill to bailout the Subprime Mortgages, but vote for his reforms. .

* ReRegulate the Finance industry as is the recommendations in J. Birger's Jan 31 article in Fortune. "How Congress Helped Create the Subprime Mess" when it deregulated the Usury and Mortgage Laws. That industry should clean up its reputation such as the Insurance industry tries to do.

*Get the FBI to be fiscally sound and pay its telephone bills so that wire taps, etc. can continue. The DOJ reports that the IG found that ½ of the FBI phone bills went unpaid.

* Prepare to use Predator-type flights with missiles against the Al Quaida/Taliban strongholds in Waziristan on the border of Afgan and Pakistan. Use very few USA ground spotters. ( View recent Frontline TV program.) And restrain our militant inflammatory rhetoric.

*Enact laws for Truth in the political as well as you have in the Product advertising. The 4 front-runner Presidential candidates have blatantly misstated obvious truths. E.g., statements against another: "You have flipped on every issue." If candidates cannot rise to Statesmen level, how can we trust them with our international negotiations?

* Make the endorsees of any Farm Aid check to sign that-My AGI is less than $200,000/year [as Pres Bush requested].

* Make the endorsees of any checks printed out from your quickie $150 bil. Stimulus package, sign that-My Net Assets are less than $100,000, I am active in the farming, and I am a Citizen of USA.". Extend checks for Unemployment and Food.

* Allow NO Earmarks on this, or any other Bill. Sen. Clinton applied for over $800K for the Harlem Abyssinian Baptist group. Many others are worse. Implement almost all of the cost cutting suggestions of www.CAGW.org

* Supply food aid to Haiti to reduce the population eating dirt cookies in order to "live."*Pass S.1780 to get the FCC to Protect Children [and Adults] from obscene programs and expletives. Require a 10 second. delay on live broadcasts, etc. Impose fines against "actos" and the broadcasters. Impose on cable also, for the lines cross public domain.

* Restrict FCC from allowing companies to own TV/radio stations and newspapers in the same markets and owning more than 10 stations or newspapers in the USA (this is not to preclude network affiliations such as CBS, NBC, and ABC.)

*Restrict FCC from awarding HiDef TV bands that interfere with the present analog broadcasting. *

*Attempt to reestablish a higher morality and loyalty in our govt and business. That may require that we put forth a law/code of conduct similar to the central portion of the 10 Commandments(,5-9) . Our Sup Ct has all but decimated a bases for morality and accountability in many decisions since its highly flawed Everson v Board of Education (1947).

*Hire far more highly skilled computer tech persons of Top Clearance character to fill the holes in our govt the DHS, and assist especially companies with connections to our security.. We had a fine start in the business sector with the "increased interest in computer security. ...Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 mandated internal controls for publicly traded companies" as reported in the USAToday AG. Chu, a manager in the accounting firm security division of Ernst and Young reported that he "has tried to hack many of the biggest corporations in the nation. ... When inside the corporation, we're about 100% successful in gaining access to 80 to 90% of their internal system," said Chu. Trying to get into companies from the internet can be successful about 30% of the time; that is too lax. The govt did not do well in the recent Cyber Storm test.

* Require Blackwater and its persons to be responsible under USA laws for its crimes. Issue no added contracts to Blackwater until it is satisfactorily accountable also for the $800 million already.

* Require the State Department to limit its private Contracts and to award by bids, According to the Oversight Committee, State and its IG are in fiscal disarray. Ms Doan, head of GSA is grossly culpable and should be let go.

*Dismantle the NASA Man to Mars programs and other unneeded efforts. Move to remove IG Robt Cobb from NASA for he has interfered in criminal cases. And he has reduced his investigations by about 1/3. Both Sens McCaskill and Grassley have sought his resignation or firing.

*Reduce in proportion Fed Grants and other assistance monies to any college that pays more than $250K/year to its President or tops officials from the College Budget.

*Reduce payment to States that use it monies for incentives for that movie industry/company to film with that State.

* Set limits on the ages of Supreme Ct. Justices and/or require that they Pass a health exam to continue serving. Encourage States to Appoint Sup Ct justices similarly to the USA (with greater civility) so that most of the aggrieved Cases are not lost on Appeal. Note the rationality surrounding J. Grisham's recent book: The Appeal.

* Restrict Canada from exporting its waste into States such as Michigan. It is beyond reason to allow such.

*"Encourage" the courts by all reasonable means possible to apply the death penalty promptly, which is the duty of the government (cf Romans 13:1-5)

* Publish a direct email address for all elected offices, though you might also require and publish that constituents will need to include their Zip in the Subj. line.

Dear Honorable Leaders of the USA and State Govt, their Staff persons, and other concerned citizens (by blind copies): Peace.

You progress also in limiting the interest rates of credit cards and mortgages is noted. Thanks.

We value statesmen qualities and cooperation in all your efforts. No Reply is requested on this; rather, we thank you for your extra efforts toward solving these problems also, and we will note your actions. May your family enjoy life and be protected as you serve. Please utilize the power of Federal payments to our States to "encourage" compliance when a federal law for compliance cannot be ordered.

We respectfully request that you please consider these SUGGESTIONS* and do what you can to:

* Encourage Senators Stevens and Inouye to bring their S.1780 "Protecting Children..." to a floor vote, empowering the FCC to restrict Indecent/obscene words from TV airwaves.

* Encourage the finance companies and banks absorb the losses on the subprime mortages (not our government) for most of them have misled, misstated, or misplaced the proper mortgage plan for the individuals. Increase the restraints and regulation of credit card and mortage placements. Let the companies rearrange the inappropriate salaries paid to their top officers.

* Require credit card cos. and stores to implement ASAP the higher-security system WPA vs. the WEP used by TJX when over 35,000,000 confidential #s were available to hackers.

* Reduce the Congressional Health perks, and dissuade politicians from saying that all should have the Benefits congress enjoys: it discourages the presently uninsured who know better and it would be a ludicrous burden. CBO projects health costs to go to 25% of GDP by 2030!

* Limit any national health plan or change to include significant Deductibles, CoPays, CoInsurance, and variable Limits especially when the injury or disease is in essence self inflicted or caused. Govt Payments over $150,000 per person should be shared based on the wealth/income of the family

* Require the FICA payments on ALL earned income, including that from private equity firms.

* Require income to be noted and income taxes paid on all Company heath insurance premiums paid over $5,000 per family.

* Limit payments of Soc Security benefits to those making under $200K/year or having Net Assets under $2 million.

* Implement the improvements suggested by www.CAGW.org and the Concord Coalition.

* Limit NASA funds to projects within the 24,000 miles above required for stationary comm. satellites and national defense. The NASA contributions to science and goodwill have been overrated for the monies spent.

* Foreign trade should be authorized on what is FAIR, not what is FREE. FDA, FTC, etc. should be given powers to restrain products of child labor, dangerous ingredients (lead in lipsticks), etc. Technology key to America's defense should not be sold or assembled overseas. Full ad valorem taxes should be applied.

* Enforce the present income and tax pacts with the Indian casinos and reduce all such future gambling authorizations including lotteries. Gambling is counterproductive.

* Encourage all to conserve energy, materials, and funds to protect our assets, environment, and moral health. Encourage train movement vs planes and long distance trucking for efficiency, security, and costs.

* Employ greater care and wisdom in foreign aid and policies for the protection against terrorists. The billions to Pakistan and Egypt need to be reevalutated.

* Require all prospective Arabic and key culture immigrants to qualify for Loyalty to the USA and for our national defense services (interpreters, intel, transportation, etc.).

* Have states rotate their National Guards to protect our borders. Require local govts also to process deportment of illegals arrested for other crimes. Coordinate and pay for this with DHS monies.

* Regulate a fair Temporary Worker program, respect all persons, and admit more Christians from Iraq who are caught in the Muslim conflict.

* Require all state and federal elected offices (except judges) to answer (however brief) to a direct email address.

* Increase the penalties for cyber crime, now costing $100 billion annually; increase the FBI deterent capabilities. Encourage all to protect from security threats and to place a footnote on emails: Print only when needed.
